Raw A2A2 Jersey Cow Milk available for pick-up in Emmett, ID
Our Jerseys live on pasture 24/7 with a breakfast and dinner of no-spray alfalfa hay. They drink filtered water with a splash of raw apple cider vinegar added every couple weeks. On the milk stand, they receive dairy rations which consists of a real food blend that is:
Non-GMO
No corn
No soy
No antibiotics
No hormones
No preservatives
No grain byproducts
No animal or fish byproducts
Our Jerseys are machine milked with in-line filtration and strict clean milking practices. We participate in monthly milk test with DHIA and our herd is clean tested annually for TB and Brucellosis according to the State of Idaho rules and regulations.

Jersey milk has up to 20% more butterfat than Holstein milk. The higher fat content gives Jersey milk a more rich and creamy taste making it a great choice for coffee, tea or any other recipe that could benefit from a richer flavor. And we think it makes the BEST butter ever!
When compared to other milks, Jersey milk is also higher in essential nutrients like protein, calcium and vitamin B12 as well as beta-carotene which is converted into vitamin A when consumed; which is vital for maintaining healthy vision, skin health and immune function.
